She may appear to have it all,
but inside she harbors
a crippling secret.....

Kerry Smithson's modeling career assures her that she will be admired from afar -- which is what she wants, for human touch sparks blinding pain and mind-numbing visions.

Dante is a dream-walking shapeshifter- an Amoveo, who must find his destined mate or lose his power forever.  Now that he has found Kerry, nothing could have prepared him for the challenge of keeping her safe.  And it may be altogether impossible for Dante to protect his own heart, when Kerry touches his soul...

The Amoveo are shape-shifting animal clans who live secretly among humans and must find their pre-destined soul mate while avoiding the enemy that seeks to destroy them all.
Beautiful plus-size model Kerry Smithson appears to have it all, but inside she harbors a crippling secret and avoids all physical contact. Until she encounters gorgeous Dante Coltari, an Amoveo shifter. In her, he believes he has finally found his life mate. But how does he convince her...and keep her safe?

If you're a hardcore Paranormal romance fan you should be fairly familiar with the reoccurring themes of destiny, betrayal, and the one true mate phenomenon.  Untouched hit all of them on the head.  I liked the story but Kerry's character dug on my nerves.  She acted like a spoiled, snotty brat the first half of the book.  I get it. She's had a tough life.  If she touches anyone she gets violently ill while getting a inside look at the person's darkest secrets.  But dang, Dante is a gorgeous guy who's been nothing but flirty/sweet to her and she just keeps knocking him.  If I could have jumped in the book I would have given Kerry a shove and welcomed Dante with open arms :)
Once Kerry's tantrums ended and she finally gave Dante a chance their chemistry was was off the charts.

I was a little worried that I would be lost because I didn't read the first in the series (Unleashed) but was presently surprised that the story was easy to follow.  The Hero and Heroine from the first novel are present during a lot of Untouched, so if you have read the first be glad to know that you will get some insight into what they're up to.

All in all, Untouched is a solid addition to the Paranormal romance genre.  If you've got a hankering for some hot shifters, a little danger, and some mystery I suggest picking this one up.
